What is Happiness?  What is Success?  Is it measured merely by the possessions we have or the money in our bank account?  It must not be, for many people who have these things have not found true success or happiness.  The dictionary defines Happiness as a state of mind or feeling such as contentment, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy. Success is defined as one of three things; reaching a higher social status, the opposite of failure or the achievement of a goal.  Our definition - to be able to live a life of abundance and satisfaction through a program of balance.  To often, people rush frantically through life seeking happiness or success and lose balance in their life.  Even if they achieve their goals and have the monatary things they desire, they are so busy or so unhealthy that they cannot find the time or energy to enjoy them.  Think of a car, if one tire is flat, the whole vehicle comes to a limping halt after a time. The four areas you need to keep in balance include:  Physical, Emotional/SpiritualMental and  Financial.

Before I started on this career path,  I hated my life, my job, my home.  I pretty much had given up.  A friend suggested that first and foremost, if I actually had nutrition in my body, I would feel well enough to tackle the other areas of my life.  A different friend at the same time, had given me this strange cd using Brain Waves to listen to at night, she said it would change the way I looked at things.  Having nothing to lose, I actually took both friends' advice and started a nutrition product that was recommended and this cd that you listen to at night.  That was the first step for me.   My boss says I am too darn cheerful now and my family has been amazed at the changes in my outlook, my attitude, my goals, my success and most importantly.. my body.  Now, teaching those skills to others is actually MY JOB!
